Edmund Tan
Edmund received his qualification as a licensed plumber and licensed gas worker from PUB and Powergas in 1999. He has excelled in his training and gained an excellent pool of hands-on experience for site installation works.
In the Year 2000, he set up Yew Seng Heng Engineering Pte Ltd. As Managing Director, he spearheads the company's direction by implementing a Customer-Oriented approach, and by providing top-notch service to all clients.
He possesses a strong knack for leadership. By leading a team of committed staff while adhering to a strict training programme, the company achieved ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications. Under Edmund's leadership, Yew Seng Heng has gone on to win numerous awards such as the Singapore Top 25 Prestige Award and the SME One Asia Award.
Edmund implements a strong strategy for the company by investing in Human Resources, equipment and training for all his staff and workers. He is heavily involved in Business Development and manpower projection in a bid to serve all their clients within the shortest period time of expectation.
To this date, Edmund pleads earnestly to excellent business development by adhering to his "Customer First" strategy.
